Extremely bad service at pinetown Mc Donald's

Extremely poor service we went through the drive through at 10.30 and we only got assisted around 11.00 and there were walk throughs and we complained and asked for the managers name and they laughed at us and didn't want to tell us his or her name but I still have receipt as proof, this is not on coz no one asked or Apologized about this instead they made us look like clown
