Extremely Bad Service

McDonalds Protea Glen Mall, according to my knowledge during this lockdown all restaurants close at 8 but McDonalds Protea Glen mall they close at 7pm. They block all cars from coming through the drive through saying that they close at 7pm and that they allocate the whole hour to cleaning. Aren't they suppose to be cleaning after 8pm?
