Extremely bad service

I was at McDonald’s mall of the south drive through around 7 PM Saturday 21 March 2026. I ordered a happy meal and 2 Big Macs regular meal I was told my order will be R202.20. When I checked the receipt I noticed they had added 2 hash brownnies. When I enquired about the brownies I was told they are added to give customers a taste. Since I’m an easy going guy I didn’t want to cause a scene as I thought the addition was just an error and I didn’t want to wait for too long resolving it. When I got home and opened the food the brownies which I was charged for without my ordering them were not there. To show that these people knew what they were doing , they took the receipt when before bringing my food and never returned it
