Extremely bad service

It was Thursday Morning on route to a meeting/consultation at Ottery area, in cape town. I thought to myself I should grab something to bite for myself and colleagues as I never had any breakfast. I ordered 3 big mac meals via drive thru window. After the transaction I was requested to wait for my meal at the bay so long and advised it will take at least 5minutes. As time passed by i still never received my meal 20 minutes later I decided to jump out of my car to enquire how long still I'm expected to wait the staff member approached towards my direction with my meal to my surprise with no cold beverages, she then informed me she's gonna fetch 'em, I further waited for additional 5 -7 minutes for my beverages. I lost my patience and thinking of my appointment scheduled for 11:30 and with disgust and disappointment I decided to cancel my meal by requesting to be refunded in full and went to the alternative restaurant. Bad service McDonald's Ottery outlet. I will never bother to be one of your customer.
