Extremely bad service

I ordered 4 ice cream cones at the mc donalds at highveld mall in witbank. i was driving alone and asked if i could get a holder for them. the manager on duty came to window and said they dont i must just take it or she will leave it at the window. she therfore left the ice creams and left, i have been an regular client to this mac ds but after this kind of service. i will not eat mac donalds again. remember in business the customer is first.i am appalled that anyone could be treated this way! disgusted actually! management clearly has inadequate or zero training. shameful.
