Extremely Bad Service

This is the second time I have been to McDonald's by Kollonade mall. The first time I was unhappy with the service but after tonight they will never see me again! First of all I couldn't hear the lady over the telecom who took my order. Second of all she didn't listen and I had to repeat my order to her about 3 times. I moved on to the counter were you need to pay. When I got there she read my order to my and I said that is correct. After she read my order she gave me the amount. I paid it and when I got the slip at the collection counter she charged me for the person behind me. It was totally the wrong order and wrong amount. The lady at collection said I must go park in the parking lot and she will sort the matter out. I waited for 45min before they fixed the mistake. I got out of my car, walked to the window and asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. I then got back into my car and waited another 20min. Some guy came out with my order and I said to him I don't want it. I asked them 20min ago to cancel my order and give me a refund. He went back and got me my money. I will NEVER go back again!
