extremely bad service!

<p>It's nice knowing you'll get such 'prompt' and 'excellent' service from McDonald's Maitland. Placed my order at 11:20an with Rifilwe at the call centre. Wait, wait some more. Phoned the call centre again to check on the order at 12:05pm... (45 mins later) I was told I'd get a call from someone at the maitland restaurant directly. Received my long awaited call at 14:30 pm! What a joke! Apparently they're experiencing technical difficulties... I'm sorry, but how is that my problem as the client? The call centre should notify the client and then not take any orders until their systems are back up and running. You promise clients a 30-45 minute waiting period? Well I've had to wait more than three hours for my food and I think it's completely unacceptable! This needs to be addressed ASAP!</p>
