Extremely BAD CUSTOMER CUSTOMER - Mt Edgcombe MacDonalds

Customer service is non existent at MacDonalds Mt Edgcombe. I really wonder how MacDonalds actually recruits?? If you wonder why the trainees are so rude they get it from the manager as it’s a ripple effect. Lerato being the manager is an absolute rude individual who will NOT help a paying customer and I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting and dealing with.
