Extremely bad

<p>I call McDonaldsbat 12:45 to place an order and tebogo told me that it will delieved at 13:30 so at the time of delievery expectation no delievary,i call them bck at 13:35 to find out how far is my meal and i was told by Thabo that they only preparing the meal from 12:45 to 13:35 they only preparing my meal its my lunch time and im hungry waited for hour where else i was promised 30 to 45 minutes....i then request to speak to manager from that call centre and he told me that he can not find the manager of store nor the shop the line is engaged,he then told me that he will escalate nd i will shortly receive sms and it was 14:06 by then when i was speaking to him,order still not here iys now 1hour 30 minutes just for an order....i even left work at 14:30 still didnt receive my order even now no call to apologise or to say your order is here nothing,that how useless McDonalds is EXTREMELY POOR BAD SERVICE.</p>
