Extreme POOR service

Good day <br> <br> This is now the last straw, every time u order food or try and order food they either pretend not to hear u or know where u live yet u ordered online! <br> i placed an order for delivery at 16:00pm to be delivered at 18:00 and up to now at 18:57 have not received my order.
