Extreme Humiliation due to a medical condition

I have never been humiliated like I have been tonight by the Manager at McDonalds Krugersdorp. The drive thru lane was very long, we parked the vehicle and wanted to enter the store, it was myself and my daughter. 2 Persons came out and the Manager said that only 1 person can enter, and he said to the lady behind me she can come in. I looked at him and said, but Sir 2 persons exited why can only 1 enter and he said he is only allowed 5 people inside. I asked again but Sir 2 persons went out, he eventually let us in. As like all the other stores we waited for our temperature to be taken and hands to be sanitized. He took the other lady's temeperature on the forehead and then he took my daugter's temperature. I asked him nicely, "Sir, can you please take my temperature at my pulse and not mt forehead. I have a brain condition and he said NO, he needs to take it on my head and I said Sir, I cannot and he rudely said to me.... Then go stand outside. I said Sir, but I have a brain condition with a drain thingy in my brain and will he be explaining to my Neurosurgeon why I am having trouble and he said. Go outside! I was rudely humiliated due to a medical condition.

Why would it be okay by all other stores to take my temperature at my pulse, but not at McDonalds Krugersdorp. I did not refuse him to take my temperature, I nicely asked and even held my arm out to him. If the Staff do not know how to deal with these matters they should not be doing what they are doing
