Extreme delay in delivery

Their delivery system went downhill like i have never seen before. How can THE SAME order take 15 minutes on one day and TWO HOURS on the next day? Each time this happens it's always the same irrelevant excuse of \we have no drivers available". Why was it not mentioned on the website? Why can't they call me and mention it right after i place the order? It shows lack of proper customer service and incompetence in doing their job flat out.
