Extra cheese please!!!!

Yesterday I purchased a double quarter pounder with cheese from the V&A Waterfront Branch. I asked for no tomato sauce and an extra slice of cheese. What I got was absolutely nothing on the burger but two dry patties and a bun. I tried calling 4 times and there is no answer. I then emailed customer service and called again but still no response. This is the 2nd time this has happened and I Do not have the time to back into the store as my lunch break is only 30 minutes so at the end I had to eat a dry burger My receipt number was 441
