Extemely Rude Unhelpful Arrogant Manager

I recently went to the 24/7 McDonald's at cnr pretorius & lillian ngoyi str Pretoria CBD during early hours of Mon morning 10/08/2015. I made my order then my card declined & my other card also declined. I said there must be an error with the system as both my cards have money on them, I even said I can go draw money from a nearby ATM.<br> <br> She tells me to wait for her manager who came demanding my card, i simply responded: WHAT WILL U DO DIFFERENTLY THAN THE LADY HAS DONE AS BOTH MY CARDS ALREADY PREVIOUSLY DECLINED?<br> <br> He then just walked away.. At this point I thought he was checking something on system maybe to see if its offline etc..<br> After 5minutes of waiting i called out to him by saying: <br> Me: Bra, whats happening? Can someone help me?<br> Thabo: What do u want now?<br> Me: I thought u were helping me but now i realised that u just walked away without helping me nor even answering my simple question<br> Thabo: what do u want?<br> Me: Is this the way to treat customers?<br> Thabo: give me ur card<br> Me: this is shocking, can i have ur name & surname?<br> Thabo: its here on my name tag i am the manager thabo manamela! (SHOUTING)<br> Me: im leaving<br> Thabo: dont forget my surname! (SHOUTING)<br> <br> I could not believe it!
