Expired food and wrong orders

I have been buying from McDonald's for a while now. About two weeks ago my family and I decided to have McDonald's for lunch, we placed our orders and drove off only to see we did not get the minerals we ordered. Now this morning we decided to stop at McDonald's as my son loves their burgers, we placed our orders and checked them and drove off only to get patties that were stale and rock hard. Now I ask McDonald's, is this yesterday's food or last week? I make burgers and it never comes out as hard and as tasteless as this. We are really disappointed with the food we have been receiving from McDonald's. That is the last time we go to McDonald's.
