My family and I went to the drive thru to order some Mc flurries after placing the order when getting to the next stop we are then told to wait for 5 minutes and then we’re told that the ice cream machine is not working.

When asking how long has the machine been in this condition , no can give an answer.

When your inside , there’s like 1 till working when the outlet is packed with customers. Seems like the employees don’t have a sense of urgency in their ethics. This is all Mc Donald’s Rustenburg that’s in the CBD area .
