I’d like to give compliment to one of your Managers by the name of Norma, McD Burgundy. I might have encountered some problems with my previous order but Norma ensured that it get resolved and that I leave the store a happy customer, which was the case.

She was absolutely polite and such a welcoming yet professional vibe.
