Excellent service received

I would like to recognise two employees from McDonalds.

There is a lady by the name of Tsholofelo working at Mcdonalds next to Bloem Plaza. I went there on 25th Oct and the service she gave us was amazing, she assisted us using my app and there was a time where they said biscuits are dismissed and we already ordered, she made a plan for us to get our McFlurries so that we do not get worried, she’s very efficient, assisting with a smile, dedicated and her product knowledge is on point. I am super happy.

I then went to another McDonald’s In JHB and went to the one that is is Boksburg next to the mall, that McDonald’s is situated not far from where factory stores (Cotton on, Converse, Studio 88) and there’s Spar Tops.

I went there to go redeem my points to get a meal and when I walked in I met a lady by Nhlanhla and she said to me “when I see the app I am happy” she also assisted me on the app to redeem my meal, she gave me an excellent service, I remember my upper roll was bit black and she said “noooo we need to change it, I saidNo it’s fine, and she said allow me give you a better one, I then smile and I said okay” she changed it and gave me a better one. I really enjoyed my meal, her service was very efficient, she had a bubbly personality and her product knowledge is also on point.

What I would love to say about these two ladies is that McD did well by hiring them because they are amazing and made me to keep going for more and more.
