Excellent customer service from Similo Mbatha👌👏

Excellent Service from Similo Mbatha, yesterday I went McDonalds West Street 0284, I ordered at 15:26, it took me 50 minutes to get my order, I went over the counter 3 times to check for my order and the ladies kept on saying I must wait, I was about to leave the restaurant without my order when I approached a guy who was sweeping the floor and his name is Smilo Mbatha I asked him does it take up to an hour to get an order from this branch as I had waited for too long, he politely said no and asked for my slip to go and check for my order, few minutes after he left my order was called, he is a true Ambassador of good customer service if it wasn’t for him I would have left my order as I was tired of waiting, his behaviour and attitude towards the customers is excellent, he must keep doing a great job.👏
