Excellent Customer Service

Had a problems with my MacD App as my points were taken and didn’t receive the goods. Lodged a complaint with the customer care for South Africa and within a week of the complaint an agent by the name of Chuma Fikeni called me to assist with getting my points back she sure did a great job and even called me twice to make sure and double checked if the points were credited back and they were. A great service by the customer care team and Ms Fikeni :-)
