Ermelo McDonalds’ is a no go area

I have only been to the McD’s in Ermelo 3times in the last 2 years. However, each time I go there, they are just as pathetic in service as the last time. I can understand if things are not going well for a day but each time? The problem seems to be the training of the staff. They do not know what they are doing. Actually it seems they are running around, grabbing on everything in front of them and not really getting done what needs to be done. My last visit to this branch in Ermelo, I requested a Quater Pounder with cheese, the lady at the till then removed all ingredients besides the cheese. So I was left with a bun, patty and cheese....what???? Happy meals with no toys - imagine explainig that to the kids? And a fast food restauranthat serves after half an hour - really great service.
