The Service At The McDonalds In Kempton Park Is So Bad, One Can Bet Money On It! After Having Arrived In The Office At 14:00 I Ask Some Of My Colleauges If They Wanna Chip In And Buy McD With Me. A Friend Says, Don’t Order With The One In Kempton Because Their Service Sucks And I Counter “It’s Not Gonna Be Bad, And They’re The Closest” And On The Contrary, McDonalds Did What I Least Expected! I Ordered My Meal At 15:10 And Then, The Wait Began... I Waited For An Hour And I Called! The Guy Who Answered Told Me There Were No Drivers Available But As Soon As He Arrives, My Order Is First Out! I Then Wait Again And Consumed By Hunger, I Call! The Lady Says The Driver Left 10min Ago... She Tells Me He Won’t Answer Since He Is On The Road (Understandably) I Get A Call From The Driver A Few Minutes Later! I Walk Out To Meet Him And FINALLY Got My Food! As If It Wasn’t Enough That I Waited A Lifetime To Eat, My Food Was Cold! I Had To Warm The Food I Waited Years To Get! I Am Disgusted! How Do You Call Yourself A “Fast Food Restaurant” And Deliver Anything BUT Fast Food?! Not To Mention How Rude Your Agents Are When They Spoke To Me Over The Phone! McDelivery And McDonalds Are International Brand Names And You Guys Are Not Only Putting It To Shame, But Doing It At Our Expense! Let It Close Down If You Struggle To Run The Business!!! Atrocious Service!
