Empty Promises

<p>We ordered or good at 11:18 it is now 14:01 and we still have not received our food in the mean time they have delivered 2 of our other colegues good and we have phoned 5 times asking where our food is. When we eventually get the driver here that's delivering for another person at the premises he hands is a slip and says here's the slip but the food he doesn't have so he Phones his manager and we said that we aren't going to pay for this we have been waiting 2 hours for our food. She says yes she agrees... now we phone again now they say no we have to pay to get our food... this is unacceptable service from an international food company.</p>
