Employee of the month

Went to McDonald’s Jewel City - Johannesburg.

I witnessed one of their employees Philisiwe Mhlongo going an extra mile to serve the customer who came in a bit late. She served customers with a positive mind set, kindness and wears patience’s like a tailored suit.

I’m really dissapointed to find out that only managers can vote for employee of the month. If customers had a say in voting for employee of the month I’d surely pick Philisiwe Mhlongo.
