Embarased....

Hi....im extremely disappointed by the level of service i recieved...let me cut the Long strory short...i went to mac d sandon city to grab somthing quick...i was servred by T.Monare...at the begining she servred me well and she moved on swiftly ...i then gave her my black card and in error i forgot to do a transfer to my transactional account and the transaction was DECLINED ...wHICH I DIDNT HAVE A problem with until the cashier called the screamed at her friend to ask the error code written on the pos machine ....the colligue then screamed out loud and started laughing that insuficent funds ....i then paid cash and ate and left....and just for their records i have more than R200.000.00 in my acc...and i need to compansated for the embarresment
