Egg shells in burger

Good day,

i was highly disappointed with my purchase at your columbine branch. firstly, my my boerie burger had egg shells in it, i have pictures to confirm this and then i had to wait a bit longer for a mcfeast burger with the patties were burnt!!!!! unacceptable that i had to throw both meals away, pathetic!!
