McDonalds Rivonia Square has the worst service ever......I arrived there at 06:57 ( you may check your cameras) I know that the place opens at 06:00 . Nobody assists me at the speaker 🔊🔇 I drive through to the window I find 2 ladies chit chatting a storm they ask me what I would like. I advise accordingly these ladies tell me my meal will take 3mins as they are not yet open which is understandable . I then opted for a breakfast meal they advised that I should go to the parking lot they will come with a card machine they will come with my meal and will then pay.......A good 6mins later the other lady comes and she tells me to come inside they haven't prepared because I came early ------- To my understanding if a restaurant/food joint or any other establishment if they open at 6:00 buy 5:45 everything is most probably in order and prepared.. I waisted a good 10mins in the parking lot only for them to advise me that I should walk in. What is the purpose of a Drive Through? I felt like they don't care most of the customers coming in the morning are people who are rushing to work or early meetings. But if your staff don't value us as paying customers then What is your purpose Why don't you just close shop because all your staff is do is chat instead of preparing for us customers to be served and happy. MCDONALDS RIVONIA ROAD I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE I HAD TO OPT FOR A PIE.
