Eating breakfast during Lunchtime?

I am a regular customer for McDonald at Boksburg K90 and the service i got today was a disaster. I ordered 4 SA breakfast at 09:00 and the order arrived at 10:00. when we were about to eat the were no patties in all of them! I called again at 10:15 and spoke to Tebogo at the call center he was also surprised and he called the store back and they said they will call me again, before they send out the driver, but the driver was here before they called and he arrived at 11:10. bring the patties, how in the hell am i going to have hot patties with cold fries along with coffee? I had to use my airtime again to call them, and Tebogo transferred me to the manager Khanyi and i quote " i don't know how could they do such a thing", like really! and they still had a nerve to deliver my breast fast at 12:03..... This is not on serious i am very very disappointed.
