EARLY ORDER LATE DELIVER COLD FOOD

<p>Im very unhappy with the poor sevice i got from Mc Donalds this morning i orderd food online at 11h18 tried to call the resturant in Observatory Cape Town no answer no one even called me to say why my order was running late i called for more than a hour but no luck my food was only deliverd at 13H10 cold and by that time my lunch hour was long time finish i think its unexceptable not even an excuse why the food is late i paid R108.80 for cold food not right and its not like its my first time im buying food at Mc Donalds I want to know what they going to do i even call there customer care nothing still happend</p>
