Durbanville McDonalds

Order: 1 Sausage Mc****in meal with a hazelnut Latte 1 Sausage with egg Mc****in meal with a standard Latte

This morning I placed the above order. When I got to the pay point I asked the lady please repeat my order just to be informed that she placed an order for two sausage with egg Mc****in meals. I told he to correct it and the paid. To my shock she now placed an order for an Hazelnut Ice Coffee. I told the next lady that this is still incorrect. She then gave me two hot beverages.

When I got to the office I opened the two beverages only to see that it was two Americano's with milk. This is unacceptable!

I phoned the McDonalds in Durbanville and the Manager could not care less. She wanted me to drive back and not send a driver. There was no time for me to drive back to them and to the office and be in time for my meetings. I told he this and told her I want a refund as I have now paid extra for something I did not receive. She said she will call me back.

I never got any call back and phoned then again at 14:57 only to get a new Manager who now told me they don't do deliveries. So someone is laying as the one told me there are no drivers available and the one told me they don't do deliveries. This is shocking!

This new manager told me there is nothing she can do.

I am extremely upset and shocked at the service I received today and I will never use McDonals ever again.
