Durban Berea McDonald's ***** service

I had a terrible experience, my order was delivered incorrectly and the driver left as if he was going to fetch the correct order, instead I received a message that the order had been canceled and I should talk to the restaurant. First of all I was not aware that there were two entities involved and when I called the restaurant they referred me to the delivery service 😳 so not only did I pay for my order, I got no service and Berea McDonald's staff were very rude and unhelpful
