Duplication 28 CAS-11158-Z2B3W4 28 June 2015

I obtained a reference, a Facebook complaint and sent copies of my bank statement reflecting the duplication and even took the risk of giving my credit card details telephonically since around 20 July 2015 without success. I just get calls requesting the bank statement (emailed again 12 August) and my card details. I cannot continue to risk giving out my credit card details to everybody from the call centre, so refused this on the second request.<br> <br> Come on McDonalds!!! Is this how to treat a fan?
