Dry burger and no tomato sauce

The service I received at McDonald -Vanderbjilpark is totally unacceptable. Their burger is so dry and I went to tell them that they can please add sauces on my burger they said it’s a standard for them to put small sauces on their burger even they packaging for chips they used chicken McNuggets package and even there is no tomato sauces
