Dry and of No quality

I have never been so disappointed with McDonald's SA (Jabulani Mall). I literally took an Uber to the mall with the faith of having good food as I always have but no I think this time around they just thought everyone who comes to the store at that time is drunk or this is now the level of service they offer. I bought 2 large McFeast Deluxe (The chilli ones), while waiting for another Uber home I sat down and ate my poorly done burger. It was so dry like a biltong and the chilli sauce was poured as if they were using a smallest teas**** you can find in the kitchen. My chips were not very fresh and they were slightly burnt same goes my patty. I was annoyed so I just kept quiet and left with my partner. We got home, just when I thought at least one of us will get some value for my money, same ******* happened with my partner's burger of the same no quality. What makes it worse my partner clearly stipulated upon order time that he doesn't want tomato in his but when he got home there was tomato in it. Right when I thought our nightmare was over I started drinking my coldrink, it tasted like some cheap juice with no acid in it. Same goes for the one my partner ordered. So what I need to know is, don't you train your staff to make proper food anymore or is there no one that checks the quality of the food you serve your loyal customers? This is extremely appalling and if I could I'd demand a refund and a proper order of exceptional quality like I used to get at McDonald's.
