Drunk staff!!!

I have had the most unpleasant experience that I could ever imagine. Upon arrival to the restaurant myself and two other witnesses saw how a staff member of McDonald's (infull uniform) consumed alcohol right in front of the establishment. At first I decided to not make a fuss, however after she made some snarky comment in a language I don't understand and pointed at me, I took the matter up with the shift manager. To my utmost disappointment, he as well had a very blazé attitude regarding the incident. To my surprise I learned that this individual who is clearly intoxicated, was still on duty!!!!! When I took the matter up with her in a polite and civil manner, asking her if she thinks it is appropriate to consume alcohol in front of the establishment in her uniform is a respectful thing to do, she proceeded to shout at me and told me to "voetsek, it is 16th Dec and a holiday I will do what I want". For 8 years I have been a loyal supporter of this particular branch, but needless to say, I will never set foot in that branch ever again and I will make sure that anyone and everyone who can take this matter further with headoffice will have the photographs of the individual WHILE SHE IS DRINKING THROWING THE BOTTLES TOWARD THE PARKING LOT AND BEHAVING DISGRACEFULLY WHILE SHE REPRESENTS THE BUSINESS IN HER UNIFORM. Utterly disgusting and unacceptable!!!
