Drivethrough

Can someone train the staff at Protea Glen mall drivethrough on the meaning "fast food" .whenever I go to the drivethrough after paying we are asked to park on the parking lot and they will bring the food to us, this past Saturday the lady who was bringing the food to us while we were waiting got our orders mixed up coz there were 4 cars waiting, this is frustrating and there has never been a day I go through that drivethrough without being asked to park on the side and wsit, rather rename it ParkThrough
