Driver not fami**** with the area

My order was late and on top of that they send a driver who is rude and not fami**** with the delivery location. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER he went back with my food which I already paid for and the delivery fee, I'm starving now and I have to spend another money to get myself food from somewhere else.

I was promised that someone will give me a call back and they'll redelivery which has not happened.
