Driver abuse

My son ordered McDonald's from the Edenvale McDonald's. The food took over an hour to arrive, he lives about 5 minutes away. When he asked the driver what the problem was. He was physically attacked. This was caught on camera and McDonald's were told and shown the relevant material. Absolutely nothing was done about this incident. Surely when employing drivers there should be away to make sure that the person can handle himself in a polite manner and not go off and attack members of the public. That McDonald's hasn't even bothered to apologize or look into this matter is ridiculous
