Drive thru vs drive & stop

I placed my order at the above McDonald's & proceeded to pay, then to the next window to pick up my order.<br> 5min on I was still waiting. I had to switch my car off as it would once turn out to be a lengthy exercise. nobody came to me to say if there was a problem or what the issue was. I waited for approx. 12min and when I eventually got my order all that the consultant said was thank you no apologies, nada!<br> this isn't the first time that this has happened. does McDonald's not realize that their success is dependent on their clients or is it a case of you need us more than we need you! <br> I will never use that branch or this franchise ever again!
