Drive thru teller uneducated on how to work their systems.

I went through the drive through at the branch in Faremere which is along great north in Benoni, i placed my order and activated the redeem code, the lady yhat was at the drive through at 08:10 this morning didnt wven know how to punch in the code, by the time she called for help, the code had expired, i just ended up driving off because i was so ****ed off with the poor service, up your training on the system, seems that they not fami**** with your system, well i always had a good experience in the morning with the gentleman thats at the drivethru.
