Drive thru slow

I went to the drive thru at McDonalds Okovango Kraaifontein and waited 20 mins for my food after placing the order. They told me to wait and completely forgot about me. I had to hoot to get attention and finally someone came to me. I gave them my slip and waited even longer for them to prepare the food. When I got the food, there no sauce for my nuggets. I got alot of attitude and even a sorry for the wait.
