Drive thru service

<p>This morning went to Mcdonalds pinwtown to order lunch for my nephew since he was goin on a school outing.. I used the drive thru service thinkig ut would be quicker. Boy was i wrong!! They made us wait in the parking for over 10min because the nuggets were not ready, ontop of that when they brought the order it was incomplete!! Thats another +5min more waiting .. Eventually went in to ask about my order and still no1 bothered to attend to it... I was so furious i just drove off because now my nephew was late for school... Im not 1 to complain but, Honestly upset about the service i received today!!!! Called to complain and all the manager could say was that i should return to collect my order... </p>
