Drive thru impatience

On the 17/02/2016 I went to a MacDonald's drive-thru and was not happy with how impatient the staff was, I was ordering a Boerie burger and wanted to ask more questions as was rushed into placing an order, in return I got a very sloppy burger that had no Jalapeno sauce that I asked for, parked the car and walked thru, met the supervisor to ask if I cannot get a proper burger, she said that how the burger is an added a tomato & lettuce then gave back the burger without the sauce still, I left and not happy as the soda also had an awful taste of chemicals in it. The thing that actually made me not happy is the fact that Ouma even went to the receiving window to check whom she was talking to, then she went back. Was that the service I deserve?
