Drive thru cashier with a bad attitude

I'm disgusted and disappointed on how one of the macdonald drive thru cashiers in Hamilton Pretoria handled my order. I have always ordered at this macdonald but to day a cashier called Bokang was on another level of rudeness. When I was ordering a chicken fold over medium usually they ask me what type of drink i would like but today they didn't asked me and when I asked her why didn't she asked me for the drink she rep**** by saying she did and I can do whatever I like i was shocked by such attitude from a macdonald cashier. I have never been treated so badly in any fast food restaurant like i was at Macdonald Hamilton. I asked for the manager and no manager wanted to take the responsibility first it was a lady manager she gave me to another gentleman who was just horrible who just didn't even know how to act as a manager. I'm really disappointed with this macdonald i hope somebody can do something before it chases every customer away.
