Drive Thru became a standstill

Saturday 02 August 2025..A drive thru is supposed to be a quick and easy way to get your food. We have been in this drive thru line since 13H52 it's now 14h20 .Service is extremely slow we haven't evens paid for our food yet but we still waiting.Service is pathetic
