Drive thru

I was on my way to work on the 23rd of February and I decided to go via McDonald. I arrived there at 08:20 ordered oats,Mc****in ONLY and I ended up switch off the car and walked to the receiving window to check what the delay was because most of the walking orders were going in and in less than 10 minutes they walked out with their orders. My car was the second one on the queue and when I got to the window 30minutes no one care or showed no interest with my complain. The car in front of me only ordered but they were waiting as well for 35 minutes. It seems the staff was only concerned with the delivery orders because the bikes were on the move. THE SERVICE AT THAT PLACE IS APPULING A DAY BEFORE THIS DAY I WENT AND BOUGHT A JALAPENO BURGER AND TO MY SUPRISE WHEN I GOT TO THE OFFICE,THE LETTUCE WAS OLD THERE WAS NO JALAPENO SAUCE IT WAS DRY.THIS WAS MY LAST TRIP TO THAT SHOP ITS RIDICULOUS AND TO THINK THERE IS ALWAYS MANAGERS ON DUTY
