Drive through not walk through

I visited McDonald's for a late treat..drive through line was packed nothing out of the ordinary until I figured out why...I waited 11 minuets for someone to take my order via the intercom system then on my way to pay there where four guys and a girl who have walked through to give thier order to the cashier..the guy infront of me got very upset as to why a DRIVE THROUGH outlet Has people walking through. Eventually it is my turn to pay and the cashier (Mr N Ncwane) decides to keep us waiting for a further 8 minuets while taking orders of yet more people who have decided to walk through..not only was there no disregard for us who were patiently waiting or our safety but there was no apology iether...I asked to speak to the manager(Nolwazi) and she herself didn't seem to care nor worry about our safety as we paid while these 4 people were around the cashier's..really disappointed as McDonald's is my girlfriend s favourite treat however she herself said she's never coming back... McDonald's Berea
