Drive through long wait

I’m not happy with the waiting period at the Springs McDonald’s Drive through. We waited for more than 30 minutes. When I finally got a chance to place my order and asked why the long wait they said their system keeps going offline. They should have just put up a notice so that we wait at our own risk that time it was scotching hot
