Drive through forever slow

The Macdonalds retail crossing branch is less than useless, every now and again i stop there to order from them in the morning, they make you go and park and wait for long periods, this happens atleast 80% of the time, can your order taker atleast wake up and inform the client that there is a delay before taking the money. Are they of suhch low intelligence that they can even get this right?Then when you ask for our money back to cancel the order they have a huge attitude and tell you to wait or leave with nothng, this will be the last time I order from your branch and I will certainly go back to ordering my breakfast from Mugg and Bean.
