Drive Through Experience

Mc Donalds Linton Grange is the absolute worst experience ever. Last night i ordered 3 basic items and waited over half an hour for them. How do you call it a drive through if you are not driving through with quick service? I know that not everybody is so unlucky to get bad service but for those who do its frustrating.
